Scope of Experience

Karen joined NAI Robert Lynn in October 2025 with 25+ years of commercial real estate and property management experience. She currently manages over 1 million square feet of retail, industrial, and flex properties, overseeing day-to-day operations including budgeting, tenant relations, vendor management, and capital improvement coordination to ensure strong property performance and tenant satisfaction. 

Background & Experience

Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Karen held property management roles with Holt Lunsford Commercial, Weitzman Group, and Pine Tree Commercial Realty, where she managed large office and retail portfolios across North Texas.  Early in her career, she gained extensive operational experience with Lincoln Property Company and Colliers International, supporting a variety of Class A office and retail assets.

Karen grew up in South Dallas and currently lives in Allen with her son and two dogs.  In her downtime, she enjoys live music, grilling out and a nice patio.

Karen holds a Texas Real Estate License and is highly proficient in industry platforms including Yardi and MRI.
