Scope of Experience

Patricia ‘Trish’ began working with NAI Robert Lynn and the Robert Lynn Management Company in March 2026 and has over 30 years of property management experience.  She began her career in residential and transitioned to commercial in 2014, managing a multi-tenant high-rise office building in the Central Business District of Downtown Dallas.  

Background & Experience

In her career, Trish has worked with developers in the Deep Ellum and Cedars submarkets, as well as buildings designated with historical significance, also in downtown Dallas.  Additional experience includes extensive third-party management, overseeing a 19-story class-A, multi-tenant high-rise in Preston Center, as well as managing medical office buildings and surgical centers in Houston, Central Texas, and the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  

Trish currently holds her real estate license in Texas.

Previous clients include:  KBS Real Estate Investment Trust, National Healthcare Properties/AR Global, and Dart Interests
