Scope of Experience
Carter Holmes joined NAI Robert Lynn and the Houston Industrial Team in June 2026 as Executive Vice President, specializing in industrial leasing. A native Houstonian, Carter represents both landlords and tenants throughout the Greater Houston area.
Background & Experience
With previous experience at Cushman & Wakefield and Holt Lunsford Commercial, Carter has built an extensive client base ranging from local operators to global and institutional real estate firms. His expertise spans the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of single- and multi-tenant industrial projects. Carter was also recognized as a 2025 NAIOP Rising Star, 2025 C&W Ignite Award Winner, and 2025 C&W Americas Achievement Award recipient.
Carter is passionate about helping clients solve complex real estate challenges by ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to make the best decisions for their unique situations.
