Scope of Experience

Deidre Daniel is a Senior Property Manager with over 16 years of experience in Commercial Property Management. Deidre’s responsibilities include creating property budgets, operating expense reconciliations, ownership reporting, collections, tenant and vendor relations, and oversight of accounts payable and receivable. Deidre currently manages over 900,000 square feet of retail and office properties.

Background & Experience

Deidre joined NAI Robert Lynn in July 2019. She began her career in 2006 as a Property Administrator with Trammell Crow Company. She then worked as a Property Assistant for CBRE, The Koll Company, Grubb & Ellis Management Services, and The Retail Connection. 

In 2012, Deidre joined PM Realty Group as Executive Assistant to the Regional Director of Property Management.

She later transitioned to an Assistant Property Manager at Sooner Management in 2015, where she assisted in the management of Trinity Towers and managed tenants such as Southwest Airlines and Children’s. During her tenure at Sooner Management, she was promoted to Property Manager.

Deidre enjoys traveling and checking out new places in Dallas.
