Hunter Hayes serves as Executive Vice President in the Retail Division of NAI Robert Lynn, specializing in Tarrant and Denton Counties. With nearly a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Hunter has emerged as a leading expert in Retail Project Leasing and Tenant/Buyer Representation throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Over his career, Hunter has successfully completed more than 225 transactions, encompassing over 1.4 million square feet of retail space. Currently, he represents an extensive portfolio of more than 40 shopping centers, totaling 1.2 million square feet. His strategic market expertise, combined with a client-focused approach, has earned him the trust of landlords, tenants, and investors. By developing tailored solutions that address unique client needs, Hunter builds lasting relationships while consistently delivering measurable results.

Background & Experience

Born in Merritt Island, Florida, Hunter relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area at a young age. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration, with a focus on Business Administration, from Stephen F. Austin State University. During his studies, Hunter gained a deep appreciation for customer service, honing the skills necessary to anticipate client needs and foster positive relationships.

As President and Treasurer of his fraternity, Hunter developed leadership, communication, and organizational abilities that he continues to leverage in his professional career. These experiences have shaped his approach to collaboration, delegation, and task execution, ensuring successful outcomes for his clients and team.
