Background & Experience

J.R. grew up in Richardson, Texas, and played running back at the Air Force Academy and SMU. After his collegiate football career, J.R. transitioned into coaching working in strength and conditioning. His career consists with stops at SMU, the University of Arkansas, McNeese State University, and Kansas State University. J.R. is now using the same passion that advanced his athletes’ development to successfully serve his clients in the industrial marketplace. J.R. and his wife Rachel have one daughter, Georgia James Griffin.
