Scope of Experience

Jake Blankenship is a Vice President within NAI Robert Lynn’s Retail Division. He has a concentration on the Tarrant and Parker County retail submarkets. Jake’s primary focus is on project leasing for retail properties, land sales, tenant representation and property sales. Jake actively tracks every property and transaction in the Northwest Tarrant and Parker County retail markets, which gives him a comprehensive knowledge of his market to pass along to his clients, allowing them to obtain a competitive advantage and the best possible results. Jake's ethical, professional and friendly attitude will ensure his clients receive the best possible deals and exceed their investment and budgetary goals. 

Background & Experience

Jake was raised in Austin, Texas where he attended Lake Travis High School. Jake graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in International Economics. 

Jake joined NAI Robert Lynn in 2018 where he has completed numerous deals throughout the metroplex with national and local clients.
