Scope of Experience

Karen Rosensteel is a fourth-generation real estate professional. She developed a passion for real estate at an early age by watching her father buy, renovate and sell shopping centers. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana University, Karen worked as a Business Analyst for Target Corporation in Minneapolis, gaining valuable corporate business experience. In 2010, Karen and her husband moved to Chicago to begin raising their 3 children while operating a small business together. Karen returned to her roots in 2020 to pursue her passion in real estate, working as a Construction Manager and Commercial Project Coordinator, specializing in retail tenant finish-out work for NAI Robert Lynn in Dallas.
