Scope of Experience

Kevin is a market director within NAI’s office division. Teaming up with Zach Stevens, Kevin is responsible for office transactions in the Irving- Las Colinas submarket. As Market Director, Kevin is responsible for tracking availabilities, tenants, owners, and any transactions that take place throughout the Irving-Las Colinas area. 

• Tracks every landlord, tenant, property, and transaction in the market to provide clients with real-time, data-driven insight.
• In first two years at NAI Robert Lynn, personally sourced, negotiated, and closed over 280,000 SF of commercial real estate transactions.
• Achieved $17,000,000+ in total transaction volume within first 24 months, representing both tenants and buyers.
• Keeps clients and prospects informed on off-market opportunities, emerging availabilities, and upcoming lease expirations.
• Provides up-to-date guidance on landlord concessions, TI allowances, and other deal terms to create negotiating leverage.
• Dedicated to delivering transparent market intelligence that empowers clients to make confident real estate decisions.

Background & Experience

Kevin was born and raised in Houston, TX where he attended Houston Christian High School. His passion for real estate began one summer while home from college when he worked for a friend’s dad’s custom home building company in Houston. This ultimately influenced him to pursue a double major in managerial finance and real estate from Ole Miss.

The opportunity to see all aspects of a deal from start to finish fueled his interest to get started in commercial real estate.

When he is out of the office, some of Kevin’s hobbies include playing basketball, golf, guitar and fishing with his family and friends.
