Lanie Richards is a Tenant Representation Director for the Retail Division with NAI Robert Lynn. She specializes in the Far North Dallas/Collin County submarkets where she tracks every retail property, owner, new and existing tenants. Lanie focuses on leasing retail space throughout the Far North Dallas, Plano, Richardson, Garland, Sachse and Wylie markets. Lanie is knowledgeable of current and relevant market news, in order to have the best understanding of her market. 

Background & Experience

Lanie grew up in Fort Worth, TX and eventually moved to Mansfield, where she graduated from Mansfield High School. She studied Public Relations at Texas Tech University and graduated early, in December 2021. Lanie was an active member of Delta Gamma Sorority and helped plan events on the Programming Committee.
