Olivia Castleman joined NAI Robert Lynn in December 2025 as a Market Director in the Office Leasing Division. Teaming up with James Davis, Olivia integrates her background in high-end hospitality to bring a service-driven approach to office leasing.  

Background & Experience

Olivia was raised in The Woodlands, Texas, where she participated in many sports, including lacrosse and tennis. She spent her summers in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she enjoyed hiking, trail riding, and fly fishing in the Teton Mountains. Olivia enjoys skiing and traveling with her family and friends. She pursued her passion in real estate after working many years in high-end hospitality, which has given her a passion for relationship building and client engagement.
