Background & Experience
Robert joined NAI Robert Lynn in November 2020 as Vice President of the Dallas Retail Division. He brings a unique perspective with over 30 years’ experience finding and negotiating sites in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Over the last 22 years, Robert negotiated deals and managed Retail, Office and Industrial Real Estate transactions for Rent-A-Center, where his responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over 3,000 locations in North America. During the last 9 years of his tenure at Rent-A-Center, he also oversaw all of the company’s Real Estate functions while managing a staff of up to fifteen Associates.
Prior to his work with Rent A Center, Robert worked in Operational Management and Real Estate with other retailers including Renters Choice, Magic Rent-to-Own and Aaron’s.
Robert is very active in his community, including serving on three charitable boards and providing voluntary consultation for other charitable institutions. He also founded and leads the Cedar Creek Lake Parrot Head Club – a 501 (C) charitable organization.
In 2020, Robert was named Citizen of the Year by the Greater Cedar Creek Lake Chamber of Commerce.
