Scope of Experience

Sam House began working with NAI Robert Lynn in January 2021 as Vice President of their Capital Markets division.

Background & Experience

Sam specializes in multi-tenant/single-tenant net lease retail acquisitions and dispositions, office acquisitions and dispositions, investment syndication, 1031 exchanges, sale-leaseback advisory services and portfolio dispositions.

Sam began his professional career in business development in the oil and gas industry, where as a Series 22 and Series 63 registered securities agent, he specialized in drilling program syndications and capital raising within the private sector. After developing strong relationships and gaining working experience with real estate principals, he realized his true passion in business: Commercial Real Estate.

Sam subsequently transferred his unique skills and abilities into the multifamily sector, where he began successfully raising capital for multiple multifamily investment funds. After deciding to specialize in a specific product type, Sam made the bold decision to delve into retail investment sales, and joined one of the most active retail firms, STRIVE. During his tenure at STRIVE, Sam was able to develop a unique niche in the Private Capital space, where he continues to develop meaningful and lasting relationships.

Education

Sam attended Texas Tech University where he studied Business Management and Psychology.

He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a member of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, and a passionate advocate for mental health awareness.
