Scope of Experience

Tameca began working as a Property Manager with the Robert Lynn Management Company in December 2024. With over 20 years of combined Commercial and Residential Property management experience, Tameca has managed commercial portfolios consisting of more than 3 million square feet of industrial developments across the DFW area.

Background & Experience

Before joining the Robert Lynn Management Company, Tameca worked with Lincoln Property Company, where she managed one of Lincoln's largest client portfolios of 88 industrial units (3,949,167 sf), which included 29 industrial warehouse buildings and 112 tenants within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, collaborating with the asset management clients and their teams on property performance, controlling costs, building revenue.

Her extensive background also includes experience in accounting, multifamily property management, assistant management, and leasing consulting with other well-known companies, including Colliers International, Trammell-Crow Residential, and Post Properties.

Tameca held a Texas residential salesperson license with Ebby Halliday & RE/Max, where she sold single- and multifamily residences. Her passion for the real estate industry drives her to continue to educate herself and stay current on market trends.

Tameca enjoys traveling, being fit, and being outdoors in nature.
