Scope of Experience

William Griffiths is the Market Director for Uptown and Downtown Dallas at NAI Robert Lynn. In partnership with Jayson Montoya, together they closely track all office tenants, landlords, property owners, available spaces, and real estate transactions within the Dallas Central Business District and Uptown/Turtle Creek areas. In this role, William’s primary goal is to build and sustain long-lasting relationships based on trust and integrity for his clients.

William approaches every task with a proactive, highly focused, and detail-oriented mindset, always keeping the big picture and end goals in view. William is committed to maintaining the most comprehensive local knowledge and staying informed on current data and trends in his submarkets, as well as the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. 

Originally from Wayne, Pennsylvania—a suburb 14 miles west of Philadelphia—William attended The Haverford School before moving to Dallas. He graduated from the Southern Methodist University in 2024. In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving, studying films, and attending live music and stand-up comedy performances.
