OFFICE
Scope of Experience
Zach Stevens, SIOR, serves as Principal and Executive Vice President at NAI Robert Lynn, where he advises companies on their office, flex, industrial, and land requirements. The majority of his practice is focused on the Las Colinas and Coppell submarket, supported by extensive experience across Texas and the United States. He joined the firm in 2013 and represents tenants and occupiers through the full life cycle of a real estate decision, including leasing, renewals and relocations, acquisition, and disposition, as well as select investment and development opportunities.
Zach builds true partnerships with his clients. He pairs meticulous care and attention with continuous market intelligence, tracking the tenants, owners, available properties, and completed transactions across his market so that his clients make well informed decisions and negotiate from a position of real leverage. His hands on, tactical approach gives clients confidence through the negotiation and peace of mind long after the transaction closes.
He has grown his practice one relationship at a time, and he treats every engagement with white glove attention, from the first conversation through every year of the lease that follows. Above all, he protects his clients’ interests, advances their position with persistence, and does not consider the work finished until the client has what they set out to achieve.
