SSC Properties purchased a 68K SF industrial building at 2090 McGee Lane in Lewisville. SSC Signs and Lighting will consolidate three of its locations into the facility. The city of Lewisville and its economic development corporation offered modifications and flexibility to the property to help secure the deal. NAI Robert Lynn’s Ryan Lee and Jim Hancock represented the seller.
