In recent weeks, landlords have been inundated with calls from tenants about a number of topics, including rent relief, says Dan Avnery, president of NAI Robert Lynn’s Dallas Retail Division. He and his team are telling clients to be fair, but selective about which tenants will get rent relief, and is counseling them on a number of other issues they may be facing today.
